[酒鬼誌] La Moneuse

難得過年進了新貨...
就來稍微update一下囉

這是我第一次喝到的saison, farmhouse ale
saison 是法文季節的意思, 古早時這啤酒都是農家們在秋冬時節釀成
然後等到來年的晚夏收成時節當做農活時的主要補充水份的飲料 :)

saison 最特別的地方在於其發酵過程近似紅酒,都是在約莫華氏90度
的溫度下進行,因此其香味又獨具風格,口感也很平衡

La Moneuse 的泡沫並不會非常厚,
讓我在倒的時候就不用太擔心溢出而浪費的問題
聞起來就有清清的柑橘和甜桃的味道
初飲時的口感倒不是濃郁的麥香, 而是很平衡的果香加上啤酒花的spicy
加上酵母及麥芽的earthy 味, 再加上留在嘴裡的dryness 餘韻

我雖然還是鍾情tripel的突出又獨特的果香,
但是這種什麼口感均集一飲而不失平衡的酒

還蠻適合自在地邊閱讀邊獨飲的
或是二個人靜靜地共飲,
plus 偶而四目交會並露出一抹默契的微笑.....
